    - Phone Consultation to discuss the comprehensive assessment, ask questions to the patient, answer basic questions regarding services, as well as discuss the next plan of action.

    - Lap Interpretations, if applicable. This may require me recommending specific labs be ran at your local Labcrop, Quest, etc. to then assess results, or to interpret labs that have been ran recently and ordered by another professional or the petient themselves.

    - Diet, Herb, Supplement, Therapeutic Modality Protocol catered specifically to the findings from all previous assessments written in detail to explain purpose, mode of action in the body, dosage, etc. *This protocol is to be implemented by the patient for 4-6 weeks, unless otherwise discussed

    - Three (3) Email Check-Ins with me to ask time-sensitive questions related to your health protocol. These questions may include questions regarding diet, altering supplement dosages or symptoms experienced while implementing your personalized holistic protocol.

    - Zoom/Phone Call Check-In after 4-6 weeks of implementing your protocol discussing results, further implementation, adjusting dosages, potential changes to your long-term protocol as well as answering any questions you have.

    - Discounted Check-Ins priced “a la carte” for patients who have acquired this full package to discuss any questions or changes to your protocol.

This may include a list of recommended labs that I prefer a patient have ran by LabCorp, Quest, etc.

    An analysis of labs (bloodwork, stool analysis, urinalysis, etc) preformed.

  • Essential Amino Acid Digital Survey - This survey is not for diagnostic or treatment purposes, but for helping you in creating your own optimal wellness program using foods and supplements.

    You will receive a digital survey via email to complete independently. Upon completion, email the survey per document instructions to then receive a detailed Report Of Findings based on your survey to determine Amino Acid needs within your body.
